For reservation enquiries within 48 hours of your intended stay,
please use the ONLINE RESERVATION FORM (powered by hostelworld).
For the reservation made using the credit card secure reservation,
a 10% deposit will be charged to your credit card.
This 10% deposit is non-refundable.
For general enquiries more than 48 hours in advance, feel free to use our
ENQUIRY FORM.
We require a credit card details to guarantee a booking.
For cancellations, please email us directly,
or charges will be made to your credit card based on our cancellation policy.
Please be considerate of other travellers.
We hate having to charge cancellation fees to no-shows,
but more than that, we hate having to turn the people away
when we don't know whether a booking will show up or not.
